Do we need to install anything?
No. TaleemDesk runs in the browser, and your school gets its own secure web address. There is nothing to install or maintain.
Can teachers only see their own classes?
Yes. Teachers are assigned to a class, section and subject, and they can only mark attendance, enter marks and post homework for those assignments.
What can parents and students see?
Parents see their own children's attendance, fee invoices, results and notices from a single login. Students see their own record. Neither can see anyone else's.
Does it support our board?
TaleemDesk is built for private schools in Pakistan, including Matric, Cambridge, AKU-EB and Federal Board schools.
Can we send SMS or WhatsApp messages?
Notices are delivered inside TaleemDesk today, to the whole school, a class or a single student. SMS and email delivery are planned; tell us what you need during the demo.
How is our data kept secure?
Every school's data is kept separate, traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and role-based permissions control exactly who can view or change what.
